● Site A - Tropical Aviary: Spanning 12 acres, this site will be dedicated to

parrots, flightless birds, raptors, pheasants, and finches.

● Site B - Water Bird Aviary: Covering 9.5 acres, designed for species thriving in

marshland and aquatic environments.
● Site C - Tiger House: Allocate 15 acres for housing all 23 tigers at AAZP,

providing ample space for natural behaviors.

● Site D - Elephant House: Spanning 19 acres, this site will enhance the visitor

experience with improved viewing opportunities and include a large water
body to simulate natural habitats and help cool the elephants in summer.

● Site E - Little Africa: Designate 12 acres to co-house giraffes, zebras, and

ostriches in a shared, expansive environment that mimics their natural

setting, improving their living conditions and the educational value for
visitors.
