3.3.2 Delegate Flow
An essential user group for a conference center is its delegates. They will be directed to their
destination via the main entrance foyer after parking. It is crucial to have unhindered
movement.
3.3.3 Public Flow
Depending on the type of meeting, dignified individuals are invited. It may also host family
members and invited prominent figures from the organization. Since the exhibition areas are

also accessible to the general public, these sections will have their own entrance in order to
effectively manage the volume of people during peak hours.
3.3.4 VIP Flow
They shall either directly lead to the dais of the main hall or shall enter through the VIP
entrance which is connected to a VIP lounge.
3.3.5 Staff Flow
The employees can be split into two groups: the technical staff, who maintain the
convention center's smooth operation, and the administrative staff, who interact with guests.
At the staff entrance, the administrative and technical personnel's paths diverged.
3.3.6 Journalist Flow
Press personnel, videographers, and diplomats are among them. They will be able to enter
the convention center's TV studio and documentation center directly.
3.4 Auditorium Design
3.4.1 Audience requirements
It should be possible for every audience member to see and hear everything that is going on
throughout the entire stage or platform. More individuals can be accommodated within the
aural and visual limitations up to a 180-degree encirclement when the audience is fully
encircled, which limits the distance from the platform or stage to six rows.
3.4.2 Number of seat in a row
The maximum number of people in a typical row with gangways at both ends is 22, whereas
for gangways at just one end, it is 11. Rows with more than 22 seats are allowed as long as
there are no disabled audience members present.
3.4.3 Row to row spacing
