2. Project Description and Goals
2.1Aim
To create a structure that satisfies the needs of the city and can serve as a conference

center. Additionally, it was intended to get beyond the constraints of public buildings
and enable multi-level interaction with the environment.
2.2Objective
To create a platform for international business prospects that would support and aid in
the expansion of trade with Tamil Nadu. Additionally, to host cultural activities and
provide a meeting space that fosters locals' social interactions with visitors from abroad.
• To design adaptable environments for a range of occasions.
• Consolidate adjacent operations into one.
• Involve individuals both proactively and passively.
• To create a state-of-the-art international convention center that seamlessly integrates
with the urban environment.
2.3Scope of Research
• To research various strategies used by the architects of a comparable-scale public
building.
• Recognize the function and scope of services provided by public buildings.
• Being aware of sustainable building practices appropriate for public spaces.
• To research and abide by local development laws and regulations; • To examine the
convention center's criteria of space division idealogy.
