3.7 Parking
Surface parking: While not often the largest vehicle, parking spaces should be designed to
fit the larger vehicles that are regularly utilized. Parking spots can be positioned parallel,
perpendicular, or inclined to the driving lane or aisle; the DDA specifies a 23 m2 area for
surface parking.
