2.2.3. Access & Circulation
2.2.3.1. Vehicular Access
Vehicular access, through an extension of the existing internal road,
leads to a 4-wheeler multi-level parking structures towards the end of the site,
as seen in Figure 15. While the internal distance to reach the parking area is
long, it is also convenient as it is in immediate proximity to the new structure.
The multi-level carparking also connects to the new structure internally at
both the lobby and top floors- which makes internal circulation easier.

2.2.3.2. Pedestrian Access
Pedestrian access is from the entrance gate of the Chennai Trade
Centre, towards the new expansion structure. This distance is around 350m
and is unshaded, thereby making it difficult for pedestrians.
