1.5. Limitations

This project will focus on the architectural design aspects of the mixed-use development.
The following limitations are acknowledged:

 Detailed engineering design, including structural, mechanical, electrical, and
plumbing systems, will not be comprehensively addressed.

 In-depth financial feasibility studies and construction cost estimations will be

outside the scope of this project.
 Social impact assessments beyond the immediate neighborhood will not be

included. This project aims to establish a strong architectural foundation for the
proposed development. Further studies can delve deeper into the aforementioned

limitations to create a fully comprehensive plan.
