b. It was also observed in that the spaces that people live in are some of the major
contributors towards mental health, showing in how much design can influence mental
health as a whole. The major factors for cause of mental health issues due to limitation are

majorly due to the division formed by the economic strain. The richer people live more
comfortable but lonely lives, leading to them suffering from various mental issues like
depression, etc, while the poorer communities suffer mostly from economic strain and
poverty leading them to suffer other various mental issues like anxiety, etc. This set of
segregation has therefore impacted people on the both sides, and this could be solved by
a more socially healthy communities, as well as proper Public spaces.

c. A survey done on total of 10,000 people which consisted of children and young adults
(majorly from ages 16 to 25, from the regions of Australia, Brazil, Finland, France, India,
Nigeria, Philippines, Portugal, the UK, and the USA) regarding their perspectives on how
their future would be, showed in that children’s and adults’ perspective towards their future
was more pessimistic or Nihilistic in a way, and all of them had less hope for the future.
This also showed how much the current Urban areas had drastically affected their mental
health in total (Gruebner, et al., 2017) (Hickman, et al., 2021).
Based on this we can understand that an Urban areas’ Improper zoning is one of the major
factors for the growing mental issues in an Urban region. Other factors like economic
factors, Segregation etc. do contribute towards it, but majority of the issues behind these are
mainly contributed due to lack of zoning and Spatial designing in these Urban regions. As
an understanding of this we can see that designing a Community oriented design with
proper zoning can help in boosting the mental health of people living in these urban regions.

(With Example Of The Maori Tribe)
The Maori as a community has been a flexible community, which has changed according to
the different times, but they never have lost in touch with their existing ecosystem. This can
been see specifically in terms of the jobs The Maori people follow, which is in the Primary
sector majorly (which is about 52% of their economy) and have been one of the largest
producers of agricultural/pastoral goods from new Zealand (For example, in 2010 Maori
were exporting almost 15% New Zealand’s Sheep and beef exports) showing us how
