The exhibition halls are aligned towards the road along the North,

being recently constructed, wider and allows two-way traffic flow. The
Thesis Report V-SPARC VIT
auditorium/ convention space is aligned towards the road on the South with a

linear one-way flow of traffic.

6.1.3. Orientation

To move away from the standard linear format of building

arrangements at site, taking into cognisance the wind flow directions - NE and
SW, the structures were tilted accordingly. In doing so, with 3 independent

exhibition halls, a catchment area is created to further draw winds inside, and

also increases natural shading.
