6. PROPOSAL
6.1. Design Development
The following pages indicate the design development process from the
context of the site to the arrangement of buildings, to the connecting spine,
and the resultant spaces evolved.
6.1.1. Site Context
The project site is approximately 100m x 360m, more linear in structure
in a 1:3.5 proportion of site edges. Two access roads abut the site in the North
and the South. The road in the North, along the Noyyal River is 2-way, while
the road in the South is 1-way, running east to west.

6.1.2. Two Way Site Access
The Considering the linearity of the site, a two-way access to the
structures at site is proposed. This aids in a division of volume of visitors,
