                  3.1 Vision




                  In Manori, we envision a harmonious fusion of urban necessities and local aspirations,
                  embodied by the integration of a cutting-edge desalination project with industrial elegance,

                  community vitality, and vibrant urban recreation. Our vision embraces sustainability,
                  inclusivity, and empowerment, crafting a dynamic environment where clean water meets

                  cultural heritage, and where industrial architecture harmonises with lush green spaces and

                  3.2 Site Specifics and study results



                  Manori-Gorai-Uttan (MGU) Recreation and Tourism Development Zone (RTDZ) (Fig-ure

                  1) is a section in the sanctioned Regional Plan (1996-2011) for Mumbai Metropol-itan

                  Region (MMR). The MMRDA (Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Au-thority)
                  recognized the tourism development and planning capability of Manori-Gorai-Uttan area
