2.3.3.1 Aesthetic Harmony and User Experience

T-Works' spatial organisation plays a pivotal role in shaping its impact on the
urban neighbourhood. The central triple-height atrium not only aesthetically

enhances the space but also acts as a facilitator for connectivity and collaboration.

The integration of design elements using BIM technology ensures a seamless and

visually appealing user experience. The openness of the design, both in terms of
physical spaces and the overall layout, promotes a sense of community and

                  encourages interaction among innovators.
