Various functions are housed in the three wings based on the designs and needs of the client.
Two of them have open areas that are I0 meters high, providing a setting where the standing and
suspended collections can "live" at different elevations. Three storeys, each measuring 3.5
meters, make up the west wing, which is where the administrative, conference, and study areas
                     are located.
At a hub, the wings converge. The majority of public events have been held here, including the
first-floor restaurant, the multipurpose room's foyer, and the ground level entry hall.

                     Functional Structure

The building's three floors represent its three main functions: museum, study and conference
                     center, and office.
The lower floor houses the museum store, modeling studios, small theater, entering area, and a
                     publicly accessible temporary exhibition space.
The lobby leads to the exhibition space, which occupies two wings. The main wing of the
museum houses the showpiece engines and aircraft that were designed to accommodate the scale
of the proposed presentations. One way to add movement to the collection is by hanging a few of
these above the free-standing exhibitions. To make it easier for visitors to move around, the wing
links to an educational exhibition area.
