river. Most of the Water from the site flows away from the region due to being sloped
outwards, and the water which does gets stored in the site is due to the vegetation nearby.
Retaining this aspect will be crucial while designing the eco village on the site.

The region is well endowed with greenery around the region. The region mainly consists of
Farmland around the region with at least few trees around the densified areas. On the Site,
there is farmland mainly around the site. usually utilized for growing rice. The site itself has
a dying rubber plantation as well as coconut trees around the site, which is in the process of
removal due to the trees being extremely aged and outliving its usefulness. The region also
has region of wetlands around the area which can drain in the excess water from flood.

The region has a heavy network of roads due to the proximity towards Thrissur Corporation.
The Site is connected to the state highway 69 by the means of a 9m wide road from the site.
There are no other points of access to the site from the region. The site also has a railway
network, having a potential for audio related issues on to the site. For this Trees and plants
must be planted towards that region in order to reduce the bleeding of noise to the site. The
