The area is irregularly dense with different types of buildings. The surrounding regions
around the site are developing slowly as the site is situated near the regions of Thrissur city
but is organically planed .The area near the site has lower density of Buildings as the site is
situated near a marshy farm land.

4.6.ypology Around The Site

The surrounding sites near the site mostly consists of Mixed residential type plots, mixed
with residential, institutional, and various other typology, making the site be an apt place for
designing in an eco-village with varied uses.

4.7.Water

The site nearby has a river flowing though it where the water comes from the dams Poomala
and Peechi. The water flow shown here shows in the varying water intensity throughout the
region and provides in with water to the site. The water which drains from the site due its
contours flows away and provides in water to the channels, which is also connected to the
