SMEC Training Programs
TRAINING PROGRAMS
The Engine Testing Lab at SMEC organized a training session and
demonstration on “Computerized VCR Engine with CRDI, open ECU
and EGR” on 09-01-24.
Mr. Dayanandha Tripathi, Legion Brothers, Bengaluru was the
resource person of the program.
The Composites Lab at SMEC organized a training session on “Universal
Testing Machine” on 10-01-24. Mr.Ramesh K R, National Manager Service,
AIMIL Ltd. Chennai handled the session. Faculty, scholars and staff members
were trained with UTM.
A short term training on Additive Manufacturing
was organized as a part of Skill Enhancement in
Additive Manufacturing and Challenges Involved in
Occupational Health and Safety: Transport, Energy
and Health Care ApplicationsSponsored by Royal
Academy of Engineering 12-14 December 2023 at
Wipro3D, Bangalore.
The School of Mechanical Engineering organized a
training session on “ANSYS Structural Analysis”
during 19-01-24 to 21-01-24. Faculty, scholars and
staff members were trained on ANSYS.
The School of Mechanical Engineering organized a
Training and Demonstration on Heat and Mass
Transfer Laboratory Experiments. Mr. Santhosh
Kumar B, Manager Techquip Lab Solutions,
Bangaluru was the recourse person of the training
program.
A training program on "Orama Auto Focus Vision
Measurement Machine was organised by Dr.
Muralidharan on 02/05/2024. Mr. P. Manikandan,
Service Engineer, TESPA Tools Pvt. Ltd. provided
the training to the scholars and faculty members
