SMEC Training Programs
TRAINING PROGRAMS
SMEC organized a five day faculty training program
on Train the Trainers -PYTHON PROGRAMMING for
faculty during 11-09-23 to 15-09-23.
SMEC organized a Training Program on Universal
Testing Machine on 20-09-2023. Er. Sellapandi T,
Customers Support Group, AIMIL Ltd., Chennai
was the resource person of the program.
A training program on "Heat and Mass Transfer
Laboratory Experiments” was organized by school
of mechanical engineering on 11-12-23. Faculty,
scholars and staff members were trained with
various experiments.
School of Mechanical Engineering organized a
training session on "Inductively coupled plasma
mass spectrometry (ICP-MS)" procured under the
DST-PURSE scheme on October 16, 2023,
A two-day Hands on Training on "Design for
Manufacturing and Assembly (DFMA)” was
organized by school of mechanical engineering
during 18-12-23 to 19-12-23.
A training program on "WAAM using CMT” was
organized by school of mechanical engineering
during 11-12-23 to 12-12-23. Faculty, scholars and staff
members were trained in this program
