INFERENCE
In Indian context all the units under the same apartments have same floor
plan with no variation and hence there is no sense of identity or a sense of
belonging but from international case studies we can understand that it is
designed according to the diversity which in some cases also include self-
construction.
From international case studies we can understand that importance is
given to community based activities and events but in Indian context there
is no shared community activities in most of the cases.
There is no effective sustainable practices in Indian context while globally
the sustainable practices are thoughtfully implanted.
In Indian, the shared spaces is mostly limited to kitchen and parking, the
site is made economically profitable by utilizing as much as space for
dwellings to collect rents. Which results in less communal spaces and hence
the idea of community is lost.
