                     INFERENCE
                     • As we can see the project is structured for an apartment which was later

                     converted into a Co-living

                     Area.
                     • There is no common space for socializing apart from the basement lobby.

                     • Single bedrooms are converted into 2 and 3 sharing which makes the

                     space crammed.
                     • Since the parking is only designed for 8 apartments there is no sufficient

                     parking for 56 residents.

                     • There is flexibility in renting out rooms, it can be rented in days, months
                     or yearly basis.

                     • It is located in the main area in Anna nagar, metro and bus stops are

                     500m away.
