• Sholinganallur is probably one of the most busiest junctions in the city apart from Tambaram,
Perungaluthur, Adyar, etc.

• • At Sholinganallur, four different routes are present. One to Kelambakkam via Navalur and
the other route in the opposite route is to Adyar through Thurai pakkam, Karapakkam, etc.

• • The other route is to Medavakkam via Perumbakkam, and the Kalaignar Karunanidhi Road
which connects the OMR and the ECR. These are the four routes.

• By Rail: Nearest Railway Stations to Sholinganallur is TAMBARAM 264 12.22Kms &
MAMBALAM 105 15.19Kms. Government is constructing Metro Train-Phase II along this
route from Madhavaram till Siruseri IT park expected by 2025.

• By Road: Sholinganallur is located at the junction connecting East Coast Road to Tambaram,
Mudichur and Adyar to - Mahabalipuram, along Old Mahabalipuram Road. Distance:28.4
