• Decay-Resistant Wood: Woods like cedar and redwood contain natural oils that repel water,
making them resistant to decay and rot. They are also dense, hard, and resistant to fungus,
microbes, and insect infestation.
• Reinforced Concrete (RCC): A strong and stiff material that can resist water force. While
initially impermeable, its water resistance reduces with age. Layering with water-resistant
materials can enhance durability.
• Polyester Epoxy Paint: A highly waterproof and durable synthetic resin coating. It is also heat
resistant, making it suitable for various applications.
