1.2.2. Parking for Disabled People
Parking spaces
reserved especially for
people with disabilities
are known as disabled
places. These areas are
positioned in close
proximity to building
entrances, making it
simpler for individuals
with mobility
impairments to reach
them. Wheelchair
ramps and other
assistive devices can
usually fit into these
parking spaces, which

regular spaces. They frequently have additional side space as well, which
makes it easier to use mobility aids like canes or walkers. These parking
spaces are marked with the wheelchair insignia, which is a blue and white
color that serves as an international symbol of accessibility.
