2.2.1. FAR
Floor area ratio (FAR) also known as floor area index (FSI) is a ratio
of building’s total floor area to the size of the land upon which the building
is built.

2.2.2. Max height and setbacks
The maximum height of building shall not exceed 1.5 times the
width of road abutting.
The maximum height of the building = 1.5 x Road Width
= 1.5 x 17m
= 25.5m
