workforce, identifying key challenges they face in terms of housing, and exploring sustainable design
strategies to address these challenges. The project aims to create a living environment that not only

being among residents.
Key design considerations include efficient space utilization, sustainable construction practices,

energy efficiency and convenience. The design also emphasizes flexibility and adaptability to
accommodate the evolving needs of the IT workforce.
