PROGRAMS ORGANIZED
A five day Faculty Training Program on 3DEXPERIENCE (CATIA, SIMULIA,
DELMIA) during 16 -20, October 2023. This program provided the hands
on practice on 2D in CATIA, CAD modelling, SIMULIA, setting up the FEA
model, DELMIA.
A two-day training program on the Solidworks software CSWA
certification was organized for students and scholars (28-29, October
2023). The training program covered on Reference Geometry, GD&T,
Standard mates, Pattern dimensions and Boss and Cut features.
Demonstration and Training Program on “PHOTRON-High Speed Camera & Laser
Light Source” was organized on 10-11-23 for faculty, scholars and staff.
A training session was organized for faculty, staff and scholars on “KEYENCE 7000X 3D
DIGITAL MICROSCOPE” commissioned in the newly developed “Measurements Lab” of
the School.
The School has organized a training Programme on “High Pressure Die
Casting” for faculty, staff and scholars. The training session was handled
by Mr. Venkata Rahavan, Managing Director, Swam Equipment Pvt. Ltd.,
Chennai.
