VITAA Vellore Chapter Activity ‐ 06 July

The VITAA Vellore Chapter and the Department of Cyber Security and Digital Solutions
jointly organized an insightful Awareness Programme on “Cyber Crime and Cyber
Security” for the children of VIT alumni on 06 July 2024. This initiative aimed to educate

the younger generation on the growing importance of cyber security and the potential
risks associated with the digital world. A total of 120 participants, including alumni and
their children, took part in the event and gained valuable insights.
VITAA Dallas, USA Chapter meeting; Felicitation to Chancellor ‐ 07 July

VITAA Dallas chapter organised a meeting on 07 July 2024 in Frisco, Texas to felicitate
th
Chancellor Dr.G.Viswanathan for receiving Honorary Doctor of Laws degree from State
University of New York (SUNY). Texas based alumni and their family joined the event.
