6.2. Site Circulation & Planning

Besides the evolution of design, another key component in the design of

the project is addressing access and circulation. Considering that the key
structures on site are public-oriented, access, circulation and reachability for

all users is vital. In conceiving the project, 4 such aspects have been put

together - vehicular, pedestrian, service and VIP access. By solving these

aspects in design, the site planning and evolution of public spaces has also
been easier.
