               3.3.4. Building material

                   •  The organic character of the building is achieved by using traditional materials

                       with their natural colors, shades, and textures in modern idioms, employing

                       simple methods.

                   •  The ceilings are covered with hand–woven cotton.
                   •  The hardware for windows and doors is hand-cast bronze.

                   •  The footpaths are granites of the essential size of 3 by 1.5 meters each, and

                       pebbles and stone slabs fortify the edges, giving the impression of continuity

                       between the in and out.
               3.3.5. Inference


                   •      The  rooms  appeal  to  be  traditional  look  and  the  whole  place  shows
                          vernacular architecture of the region.

                   •      The  place  is  densely  covered  with  trees  which  reduces  heat  and  cooling

                          loads in the podium spaces.

                   •      Granite is been used mostly in this place

                   •      Since each buildings have large number of windows, they get max natural
                          light and promotes cross ventilation.
