A major question was laid out on how as an Architect how could ne aid in the destress of

these employees. There replies were vast and very resourceful. The following are their
               opinion.

                   • Understand the needs and design accordingly. Ensure you infuse aesthetic colors

along with a modern structure. I personally prefer dim lighted areas and a cozy corner
                       to relax.
                   • Nature connect Informal spaces where we could site with nature.
                   • a cafe like set-up. 2) a stress-relief room and sleeping pods in office like Google HQ
has 3) a change in the regular office layout from the most common cubicles.
                   • I have no image, but a nice open space with a carpet, couple of bean bags and a Low
sofa with recliners would be nice. Throw in a couple of books and shelves with maybe
a vinyl player for some music. This sounds good to me. Hope it helps

I can Draw Anything, or May be Nostalgia type Place May Be
                   • Making better looking seating areas for employees
                   • I can imagine a slightly darker room with music systems, natural sounds at the work
                       place
                   • Game room
                   • A bit more privacy, but not too closed or suffocating
                   • Minimalist design room have acoustic zones
                   • Relaxing area should be in the most isolated part of the floor, so that the working
colleagues don't give you the judgy eyes
                   • Relaxing in an office is unrealistic cause the environment itself creates stress. If you
are an architect, then providing an environment that kinda removes the "office"
element would probably help people relax
                   • A game room, choosing relaxing colour hues, soft shapes, etc
                   • A room and restroom that big enough
                   • Every office space should have some dedicated area for recreational activities. Some
                       offices lack those.
                   • Idea to go out and chill out.
                   • Some gaming activity
                   • Including pastel shades in the work environment to keep employees calm. like blue or
grey or green would be preferable and motivation in the floors and providing bright
colours in the cafeteria and activity area would be much appreciated. Thank you.

These questionnaire and communicating with various employees have giving the idea of their

working life and idea initiations to add or improve the design.
