The village is connected to various towns and cities, though the State Highway 130 on the
north, ferry services on the south to cross towards Hampi. Buses continuously pass through the

village, while the main bus-stop is 2 km away from the town.

9.4. Urban Fabric- Anegundi

The planning layout of the old city of Anegundi is organically evolved with expansion

towards south west. The town is characterized by residences and commercial integrated in the

fabric of heritage and historical buildings such as temples, caves, mosques, and civic
buildings.
