The mall has only one main access road and separate service road has
been proposed on the western side of it for service entry and office users. The
service blocks which comprises of the AC plant room, Generator room, RMU
room, Fire sup, Hydro pneumatic system room are placed on the south eastern
corner of the site hidden from the public user site.
The main access road is prone to traffic which creates a sense of
restlessness within the premise and in order to tackle that the parametric
waffle truss work covered with landscape has been provided which act as a
buffer zone for the users who enter the mall from a noisy background to a
calmer one.
