4.6. Topography:

                     1. The highest contour is located on the center spot which is 5m above the ground level.

                     2. The  rest  of  the  site  has  a  gradual  slope  of  1-2m  throughout  the  north  western  and
                     southern side.

                     3. Some of the trees in the middle of the site needs to be taken down for construction
                     purposes and the contour needs to be levelled down to have a uniform slope gradient.

                     4.7. Vegetation


                         •  The  eastern  side  of  site  is  covered  with  shrubs  and  small  sized

                            plantations; the western side of site is covered with numerous old tree.
                         •  Although some of the trees on the middle of site need to be removed for

                            construction  purposes,  the  rest  of  the  trees  on  the  corners  can  be

                            utilized as buffer to reduce noise and dust from the main
