3.4 Port Miami Cruise Terminal, Miami

Built Year: The precise years of building differ for every PortMiami terminal. But
PortMiami itself has a long history, having been founded in the early 20th century. Over
several decades, cruise terminals have been expanded and modernized, with constant
updates and restorations to meet the ever-increasing demands of the cruise industry.

Architect: A variety of architects and architectural practices were engaged in the planning
and development of PortMiami's cruise terminals. The infrastructure of PortMiami has been
developed in part by renowned architectural firms and individuals, such as Arquitectonica
                  and Bermello Ajamil & Partners.

Area: With a total land area of about 510 acres (206 hectares), Port Miami is one of the
biggest cruise ports in the world.

It is situated on Dodge Island at a prime location close to Miami's downtown, providing
quick access to the city's services, sights, and transit network.
All things considered, PortMiami's cruise terminals play a major role in Miami's tourism
and business scene, drawing millions of visitors each year and generating enormous
                  economic benefits for the area.
