2.PROJECT DESCRIPTION AND GOALS
The project is divided into Unit level, cluster level and neighbourhood level interventions.
The project aims to address the below problems:
2.1Academic Pressure:
- High-pressure environment right after students leave home for the first time

- Managing the newfound lifestyle and high-pressure environment together
2.2JEE Advanced 2022 Statistics:
- 2184 Students out of 13801 who appeared in JEE Advanced 2022 from
Rajasthan got admission into IITs
- More than 2,500 students out of 3 lakh students from Kota actually make it ,
representing 1%
2.3.Socioeconomic Background:
- Mostly from a lower-middle-class background
- Kota's coaching business worth up to Rs 5,000 crore per year
- 46% of students move to Kota due to the reputation of its coaching centers
- 39% move to the town on parental insistence, and 10% are influenced by
friends who were going to Kota
2.4.Health Concerns:
- Food issues with terrible nutrition or non-edible and unhygienic food
- Falling sick and losing track of health
- Unhealthy competition and lack of communal feeling
- Loneliness as a prevalent issue
2.5.Education System and Focus:
- Focus primarily on toppers, with the rest seen as a money-making scheme
- Lower batch and shuffling system for upward movement
- Lack of emphasis on a holistic school experience
