Upon passing through the immigration checkpoint, travelers arrive at the

duty-free zone situated on the fourth level. This area functions primarily
as a retail space, housing stores affiliated with multinational brands.

Spanning 11,000 square meters, it stands as the largest retail area within

                     any Indian airport.

Following the retail space, passengers proceed to the hold rooms where

they await their boarding calls. There are four entry/exit connections

between the hold rooms and duty-free area, facilitating movement between
the two spaces. Adjacent to the shops, a dining area is located on the curved

section of the building, offering views of the apron and runway. These

scenes of takeoffs and landings captivate visitors to the airport.
