Sustainability Initiatives:
Sustainability was a primary concern, with eco-friendly ideas incorporated throughout the
design, building, and resort operations:
Design + Material
Climate-responsive methods include cross ventilation, shade, and passive cooling.
Integration of renewable materials such as bamboo, lumber, and thatch.
Careful orientation and location to reduce environmental impact
Energy + Water
Solar panel arrays to generate renewable energy
Island-wide LED lights with smart controllers

INFERENCES:
Scale:
The sheer magnitude, wide layout across numerous islands, and expensive $200 million
budget enabled Ayada to build an ultra-luxury destination of magnificent proportions that is
rarely seen in the Maldives. This enormous approach is intended to deliver the maximum in
privacy and exclusivity.
Diverse Villa Experiences:
The villa accommodations vary in size, layout, and location, ranging from enormous multi-
bedroom beachfront homes to the opulent overwater Royal Suite. This caters to the premium
experiential needs of a diverse audience, particularly large families and groups.
Landscape Integration:
Resort buildings and amenities are deliberately distributed and integrated into the natural
island landscapes, leaving a low-density, nearly invisible footprint both visually and
ecologically. Seamless indoor-outdoor living blurs the line
