                   3.3.  Development before and then
                  The stretch over the years have seen immense change in development both in infrastructure
                  and planning. At present various small building are removed for a much larger development

                  and  to  ensure  smooth  mobility.  Currently  the  CMRL  is  taking  initiatives  for  the  Central
                  stretch.  Various  enhancements  regarding  pedestrian  movement,  seamless  connectivity

                  between transits, proper allocations and zoning for cabs and autos have been improved. With
                  the new addition of Central metro directly under the Southern trunk road have added more
                  footfall and connectivity to the site. Various zones are made pedestrian friendly and careful

                  traffic regulations are made. But one of the major additions are the two pedestrian subways
                  to connect the site and central square to its opposite which also directly connects the metro.

                  Hence there is efficient movement of people around the site.
