As far as my experience is concerned, the SMEC department has played an integral part in up-scaling my career
by supporting my interests and being alongside with me throughout this wonderful journey.
The top officials have been very friendly and approachable, who are always ready to hear the students and solve
their issues. The department has always worked to build a student-centric environment as the faculties and
officials of our school have always analyzed the benefits and problems from the shoes of the students. The labs
are being often renovated and new machines have been established which abetted me to explore new
MechnoVIT I believe that the primary vision of our SMEC school, is to bridge the gap between the academic curriculum and
technologies.

Establishing Centre of excellence of various companies, Conducting Idea-a-thon and Design-a-thons, Signing
MOUs with various industries which have opened plenty of job opportunities for students. The course modules
are also being developed in accordance with the industry needs and standards. These steps taken by the
department have helped me to gain a clear vision on what the industry expects and given me a route map to
achieve my goal.
MechnoVIT foreign universities has helped me to explore the academic

DAAD fellowship in Germany from June 2023 - August 2023 and a
research project in Cranfield University, UK which is funded by Royal
Academy of Engineering. I was also a part of the summer school in IIT
Kharagpur in collaboration with University of Edinburgh, UK and
involved in Research activities with small internships.
