MechnoVIT 'Mechanical Engineering is Evergreen', still holds true. It is at

the heart of every development that takes place around us.
Today, with the rise and domination of Silicon Valley,
without designing and manufacturing, these products would
cease to exist. The basic knowledge of mechanical
engineering is applicable to almost all industries. From
micro-chips to planes, all industries need a sound
          mechanical base to build upon.
My inspiration comes from Lila Poonawalla. She triumphed
against all odds to be one of the first female Indian
mechanical engineers. She toiled her way right up to the top,

The support I got from the professors at VIT to explore various research areas
ranging from design, prototyping, and finite element analysis to Robotics
definitely opened a vast arena of opportunities for me. The interdisciplinary

strong foundation for my graduate studies at UCLA. For my juniors, I would
like to suggest that do not be afraid to take seemingly "difficult" electives as
these are the courses that will help them acquire the skill sets for the future

MechnoVIT TECH CHAT WITH INDUSTRY EXPERT

During the college studies, I would say that practical knowledge
is important than just theoretical knowledge. So students should
focus on gaining more practical knowledge for industry point of
view. We most likely use something that has been mechanically
engineered every day and core mechanical engineering opens
the platform to study these things from scratch.
