There are plenty of research opportunities at VIT that come from
SMEC, where professors always encourage to pursue research
work. In line with this, I was able to publish a paper in a peer-
reviewed International Journal during my graduation. VIT also

which, I served for three years. It gave me a multifaceted skill set,
from research and technical capabilities to managerial ones later.
This has been my primary talking point in my interviews ever
since. All in all, VIT played a crucial role in shaping my career for
which I am grateful.

MechnoVIT I was part of the first group of mechanical engineering students who spent
their final year at the Automotive Research Association of India (ARAI).
From the beginning, it was clear to all of us that what we needed most was
the ability to solve problems in the real world. And undoubtedly, the fully
flexible credit system (FFCS) was a gift to achieve this goal. I remember
that 2010-2014 was a time when traditional mechanical engineering took
a back seat. It was a time when skills like programming and algorithms
were crucial. The FFCS enabled us to take such courses from different
disciplines and further our skills! It is also worth mentioning the support

most of the students in 10BMA were part of university chapters and
teams. I will never forget how an idea that started at 2am in a six-person
room in K-block turned into a successful aircraft design team.

city where I found my identity and realized what I wanted to do. The faculty’s have been very supportive .

1.
Don't let the basics sneak away in the name of learning practical things.
2.
Talk to your Professors, PhD students and postdocs about everything. This will help you a lot.
3.
Enjoy every single moment in college. It won't come back.
4. Share your knowledge, in whatever capacity you have it. Do it!
