FACULTY ACCOMPLISHMENTS

FACULTY OUTREACH MechnoVIT

Dr. Jaykrishna Kandasamy and Dr. A.K. Jeevanantham visited
the University of Skövde as part of the Linneaus-Palme programme,
financed by SIDA. During the visit, they had the opportunity to
interact with professors from the School of Engineering Science, the
School of Informatics, the School of Bioscience and the University’s
International Office and discussed possible collaborations with VIT.
They got a wonderful opportunity to vist ASSAR Industrial
Innovation Arena to study the application of VR, MR & AR. They also MechnoVIT
visited the historical village Varnhem, just outside Skövde,
Billingten.

Dr. Padmanabhan Krishnan delivered an expert talk (online)
on Transformational Leadership - The Mantra for a Value-Based
Education System on August 16, 2022 in the Faculty

Development Programme on Curriculum development in the
Light of NEP 2020 jointly organized by Electronics and ICT
Academies at PDPM IIITDM Jabalpur, IIT Roorkee, MNIT Jaipur,
and NIT Patna during August 08-19, 2022.
