INDUSTRY Industry Collaborations
INITIATIVES
VIT has made another significant stride in its efforts to establish a
connection between industry and academia by signing a
memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Forbes Marshall, a
prominent multinational corporation that specializes in energy
conservation and process efficiency. The Memorandum of
Understanding was executed by Forbes Marshall's Director, Mr.
Mehul Vaidya, and our Honorable Chancellor, Dr. G. Viswanathan.
The VIT students will receive lucrative internship and recruitment
opportunities as a result of this MoU. In addition, our UG and PG
students can derive significant benefits from industry visits,
hackathons, and expert lectures. This MoU will also benefit the CSR
activities of Forbes Marshall and VIT-STARS, as both of these
organisations are involved in social and philanthropic endeavors.
