NATIONAL

Dr. Padmanabhan K delivered a lecture on Advanced
Composites and Manufacturing Process development for
technological applications during a short term course on
AMPAM 2024 organized by Sant Longowal Institute of
Engineering and Technology, Punjab. He was also invited
as a speaker for INCCOM 18 sponsored by ISAMPE held at
NAL, Bangalore, from 08-02-24 to 09-02-24.

Dr. T. Sampath Kumar delivered a lecture on
Tool wear during machining difficult-to-cut
materials - mechanisms and measurement
techniques during the AICTE-ATAL FDP on
"Precision And Sustainable Machining Of
Difficult To Cut Materials" held at CEG, Anna
University, Chennai.

Dr. Arun Tom Mathew, Dr. A. Satheesh, Dr. M.
Natarajan, and Dr. S. Saboor visited the National
Institute of Solar Energy (NISE) in Gurgaon,
Haryana, India, during 04-07 February 2024 for
research collaborations, reinforcing
partnerships, and developing new course in Solar
Thermal & PV.

Dr. T. Narendiranath Babu, Dr. Rajesh M visited
Indo Cool Composites Pvt. Ltd. , Ranipet on 29-02-
24 for possible collaboration on consultancy
projects, student internships and Research
collaboration.

Dr. Jose S, Dr. Vincent herald Wilson, Dr. Asokan M.A, and Dr. Pandivelan C
arranged a Training program in IELC government aided school in Melpatti
village near Gudiyattam on 20.02.2024.
