FACULTY OUTREACH

Dr. Jose S and Dr. Vincent Herad Wilson gave technical sessions to IGCAR
scientists on basic IOT systems and Model predictive control for critical
applications. The event drew the participation of 40 scientists.

Dr. Rajasekhara Reddy Mutra had a meeting with Prof. Zahrah Binti
Yahya, Deputy Vice Chancellor, Universiti Poly-Tech Malaysia, in Kuala
Lumpur on 05/07/2023

Dean of SMEC Dr. K. Devendranath Ramkumar, and the Head of the
Department Dr. C. Pandivelan, visited Forbes Marshall during
25/09/2023 and 26/09/2023 along with other Deans and Directors. They
had an interaction with the officials of Forbes Marshall for various
collaborative activities.

Dean of SMEC Dr. K. Devendranath Ramkumar, Dr. C. Pandivelan, and
Dr. T.C. Kanish, visited RNTBCI on September 7, 2023, to request their
assistance in the partnership to offer M.Tech. Smart Mobility beginning in
2024. The RNTBCI visit resulted in collaborative work on problem
statements as well as for the collaborative industrial PG program.

Dr. Rajasekhara Reddy Mutra and Dr. D Mallikarjuna Reddy
visited CVRDE, DRDO Chennai on 18-July-2023 for a
collaboration research work on "Dynamics of cage for high-speed ball
bearing- An analytical study".

Dr. Kanish TC delivered a keynote address on Current Trends in
Industry Automation and also chaired the session at the AICTE-
sponsored International Conference on Recent Advances and
Innovations in Science and Technology, Engineering, and Management
held at Layola Institute of Technology on 04/10/2023

Dr. Rajyalakshmi G delivered a session on Post Processing of Additive
Manufactured Parts at the DST-SERB Sponsored National Seminar on Recent
Advances in Additive Manufacturing for Mechanical and Aerospace
Engineering held at SVCET, Tirupati on 17/08/2023.
