Sports Achievement

Ms. Ipsita Mukherjee (23BME0473) won 2 silver medals (25 m Back
stroke, 50m back stroke)and 1 bronze medal (25 m Back stroke)in

swimming competition during VIBRANCE 24 organized at VIT Chennai.

Mr. Yogeshwaran B, (21BME0533) (TN21SDA608468),
received the Best NCC Cadet Award, exemplifying the

unit's commitment to fostering excellence among its
cadets.

Publication - Alumnus

Mr. Prateek Gupta published a research technical paper entitled Nonlocal nonlinear higher-order finite
element model for static bending of curved nanobeams including graphene platelets reinforcement' 'in
MAMS (IF:3.5) as a part of the collaborative program in advanced materials structures and modelling with

French University. This is the outcome of his project by collaborating with French university, at SUPAERO,
French Institute.
Scholar Accomplishment

Ms. Divya Laxmi GS, pursuing her PhD under the guidance of Dr. D. Sakthivadivel, received the "Best Poster
Award" for her research titled, "Revolutionizing Food Security: A Sustainable Approach through Novel
Mixed Mode Solar-Evacuated Tube Drying Technology" under 'Food Security and Agriculture' at the IISF-
Young Scientist Conference (17-20 January 2024) in the India International Science Festival (IISF).

Mr. Kumaravelu P (20PHD0543) has been selected to participate in the Transformative Leadership in
STEMM (TLS) mentoring workshop. This event was organized by IIT Delhi, during February 14-16, 2024. IIT
Delhi financially supported the travel expenses and hospitality during the workshop.
