4. When the average performance is less than 70% even after 4 consecutive years in a level, then EB
[Efficiency Bar] will come into force and the faculty member’s level will be stagnated. During the
stagnation period, the performance will be reviewed and appropriate action will be initiated.
5. Promotion to the next level based on merit and vacancy, in line with cadre ratio of Professor:
Associate Professor: Assistant Professor as 1:2:6.
