VITAA Chennai Chapter – Felicitation to Chancellor ‐ 19 Oct

The VITAA Chennai Chapter meeting was held on 19 October 2024 in Auditorium of
Tamil Nadu Open University [TNOU], Chennai to felicitate our Chancellor
Dr.G.Viswanathan for receiving Honorary Doctor of Laws degree from State University
of New York (SUNY). Chancellor, Vice President Mr. Sankar Viswanathan, Pro‐Vice
Chancellor VIT Chennai Campus Dr. Thyagarajan T, Alumni members and their family
from Chennai participated in the event. Col.Dr.G.Thiruvasagam, Pro‐Chancellor, AMET
University, Chennai was the Chief Guest.

VITAA Vellore Chapter Social Activity ‐ 26 Oct
On 26 October 2024, the VITAA Vellore Chapter organized a heartwarming social

activity aimed at giving back to the community. In this gesture of kindness and
compassion, the alumni members came together to provide food to the elders residing at
Aathmasanthil Illam, a well‐known old age home located in Katpadi, Vellore.
