Glimpse of Lateral Hiring on VITAA Day 2024 – 26 January
The alumni registrations for lateral hiring during the VITAA Day 2024 celebrations were

another highlight, offering valuable opportunities for members. Nearly 28 companies

participated. The lateral hiring program not only strengthened the connection between

the institution and its alumni but also brought fresh perspectives to the workforce, further

reinforcing the institutionʹs commitment to excellence.

The lateral hiring program not only facilitated career growth for alumni but also fostered

a stronger bond between the institution and its former students. By offering a direct route

for alumni to re‐engage with their alma mater, the program created a sense of continued

involvement and mutual support. This initiative underscored the institution’s dedication

to nurturing lifelong relationships with its alumni while ensuring that its academic
programs remain aligned with the evolving demands of the industry.
