VITAA Vellore Chapter Social Activity – 26 October

The VITAA Vellore Chapter organized a heartwarming event, hosting breakfast for

elderly residents at a local old age home at Poigai, Vellore on 26 October. This thoughtful

initiative aimed to bring joy and companionship to the seniors while providing them with

a nourishing start to their day. The volunteers from the alumni community engaged in

meaningful conversations, sharing smiles and creating a positive atmosphere.

School & Research Centre Alumni Coordinators Meet – 27 October

School and research centre Alumni coordinators meeting with Director Alumni Affairs

was held on 27 Oct. 2023 in Rajaji Hall, VIT. The purpose of the meeting was to improve
th
the coordination between the Office of Alumni Affairs and the Schools/ Centres to

increase the Alumni engagement. During the meeting, Director Alumni Affairs suggested

various ways for the school/centre level Alumni engagements and also welcomed the

suggestions from the Alumni coordinators.
