3.3.2.4 Services and structure

                      • Ground level air retainers have been installed; most building services are subterranean.

                      • Exhibition halls with clear glass enclosures that are 20 meters high allow the most natural
                      light to enter the space, which lowers energy use.
                      • Power cable ducts installed underground
                      • The structure combines PEB and RCC building techniques.

                      3.3.2.5 Pros

                          It makes the best use of natural light;

                          The architectural shape encloses the structural form;

                          The internal areas are allocated appropriately.

                          A good mix of fully and partially open areas.
                         
                             There is an abundance of connectivity throughout the facility many cargo entry ports
                             to allow loaded vehicles to enter halls, as well as many entry/exit points providing
                             flexibility in layout creating

                      3.3.2.6 Cons

                          The only purpose of the landscaping is to cover the vacant spaces between the
                             buildings; it has not been constructed.

                          The outdoor exhibition area lacks clear definition and distinction.
