It makes the best use of natural light;
The architectural shape encloses the structural form;
The internal areas are allocated appropriately.
A good mix of fully and partially open areas.
There is an abundance of connectivity throughout the facility many cargo entry ports
to allow loaded vehicles to enter halls, as well as many entry/exit points providing
flexibility in layout creating
3.3.2.6 Cons
The only purpose of the landscaping is to cover the vacant spaces between the
buildings; it has not been constructed.
The outdoor exhibition area lacks clear definition and distinction.
