OVERHEAD LIGHTING:
It offers a consistent light source that is less susceptible to lateral obstructions.
As a result, wall space is freed up for displays and exhibits; however, upkeep becomes
problematic, and multistory buildings are challenging to implement.
LATERAL LIGHTING:
Consists of either continuous apertures or windows of various sizes and shapes positioned at
appropriate intervals in the walls.
•They offer a practical and affordable way to control temperature and ventilation.
Although it provides beautiful views of the outside natural world, it also creates glare and
reflections that reduce flexibility in interior layout and obstruct visibility. Still, it serves as a
wonderful relief.
ARTIFICIAL LIGHTING:
Perfect show circumstances are reached when all elements of the display are programmable and
the light may be directed, altered, colored, and reflected regardless of the weather.
Therefore, these factors can be managed to regulate interest, mood, focus, and even enjoyment.
For an object to shine out, it is ideal for an exhibition to have both light and dark regions.
To connect places, light levels with intermediate brightness levels should be attainable for
variation in illumination. Artificial light can be used to create dramatic and theatrical effects.
